About Me

With a background in design and a lifelong connection to nature, my work bridges creativity, ritual, and healing. Early teachings from my mother in plants wisdom and Earth rhythms nurtured an awareness that later deepened through sound, medicinal plants, and energy work.

Since 2014, I have studied with wisdom keepers from diverse cultures, including the Balinese, Maya, Wixarika in Mexico, the Cofan in Colombia, and communities in India and Nepal. Over time, I became rooted in Lakota traditions, where the Medicine Wheel and the five elements earth, water, fire, air, and ether offered a framework for understanding balance, cycles, and interconnectedness.

Alongside this path, I have worked to celebrate and support Indigenous artistry, curating a gallery and contributing to platforms such as Medicine Festival to honor cultural heritage and craftsmanship.

Today, my practice centers on sound medicine, sacred ritual, and community  interest projects. I offer individual and group sessions, weaving together sound, breath, and  energy healing  to support emotional balance, resilience, and connection. A core focus is sharing these practices with  young people, nurturing inner peace and belonging in a world that often pulls them away from nature. By planting these seeds early, I hope to contribute to more balanced, compassionate, and connected communities.

Path

Family grounds us.
Nature awakens our senses.
Sound Healing restores balance.
Meditation opens stillness.
Awareness deepens understanding.
Intuition guides the heart.
Love connects and nurtures.
Spirituality expands perspective.
Consciousness embraces all.

Through sound medicine, energy work, ritual, and nature-based practices, I create spaces that support healing, reflection, and growth. My sound medicine work uses vibration as a therapeutic force, offering tools for balance, creativity, and emotional regulation  especially for young people  while fostering a sense of connection to themselves, community, and the natural world. In this way, sound becomes both medicine for the present and a foundation for resilience in future generations.

A core part of my path is the teaching of the Medicine Wheel and the elements, guiding others to live in harmony with the cycles of life through ritual, offerings, and song. This devotion to honoring the elements and ancestral wisdom is deeply connected to my commitment to Indigenous artistry and tradition, carrying these values forward into collective spaces such as Medicine Festival 2026.
